Wonder Woman finally makes it to movie screens in her first big screen adventure! (Well.....my attempted trailer for it anyway)
With every superhero getting their own feature film nowadays, it seems way overdue for the most iconic female superhero to get hers. Supposedly plans for a Wonder Woman film are in the works, but it still seems a long ways away of audiences being able to watch her wield her magic lasso, deflect bullets and fly the invisible jet on the big screen.
This fan trailer was motivated mainly by impatience. Since the Wonder Woman television series went off the air in 1979 the character has been pretty much absent in the live action format. Although, I can't envision anyone but Lynda Carter playing Wonder Woman (I'm not sure filmmakers will ever be able to find someone who can pull the role off and not be left stuck in Lynda's shadow), but I am still anxious to see the character star in her own film.
This was also done as a fun technical exercise. I went through a lot of versions of this. Besides the TV show I used some other clips to fill in the blanks and tried to make things a bit more dramatic. Paradise Island was mainly shown as old stock footage on the show and Steve's arrival on the island didn't have the best effects ever. But the show did have Lynda Carter who to so many fans, is the embodiment of Wonder Woman to this day.
Through working on this I created a story in my head and simply tried to edit a trailer that would get audiences and fans curious and excited to see Wonder Woman return and headline in her own feature film.
Hopefully, when the Wonder Woman film does get moving and finally gets released it will be worth the wait. Until then you can whet your appetite with this one.

After discussing the original Clash of the Titans, the 1981 stop-motion fantasy film recently - a topic that was prompted by the upcoming remake - I was inspired to do an updated trailer for it.
Starring Harry Hamlin as Perseus, Lawrence Olivier as Zeus, along with Maggie Smith, Burgess Meredith, Ursula Andress and the stop-motion creatures of Ray Harryhausen (who retired after this film) was always a favorite of mine when I was little. Despite the effects looking a bit rough, I still enjoyed it and the Medusa scene freaked me out.

A tribute of sorts to the masters of mayhem, the Three Stooges - Moe, Larry & Curly!
Something I started working on awhile ago and finally took the time to finish it up.
I've liked the Stooges since the first time I watched them when I was little, I still think they're great and probably will still enjoy them years down the road. For me they never go out of style and are as timeless as any classic piece of art. Yeah, they're silly and juvenile and all that, but that's what I love about them.
The song is Hooked On A Can Can, performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
