But small isn't always beautiful. Smallholder growers in remote communities are the least able to realise the benefits of their harvest, and most vulnerable to risks such as climate change. It's difficult being a small fish in a big pond.

That's why we do things differently. We go direct, working in partnership with smallholder growers, to cut out the middleman, and give growers a greater share of the benefits. We work with grower cooperatives to increase skills, improve quality, protect the environment and build communities for the future, funded through sales of our award winning range.
