I don't understand this because last time I checked, ten year-olds can buy cb radios and talk to each other no problems at all like I did once many moons ago. Amateur radio require skill, understanding of electronics, rules and regs and an exam.

People like you are a disgrace to the CB world. Try promoting this wonderful hobby for once instead of comparing to Ham all the time.
