BODYNOMICS IS:
Fitness for women who love and desire curves. I'm allergic to the word "skinny". The words "skinny" and "straight" shouldn't be in the dictionary. No matter what your current body type is, it can be changed through fitness. A waist can be made smaller, a butt can be made bigger, arms can be made stronger and a back can be more sculpted. Don't let NO ONE tell you what you can't have because you wasn't born with it or it's NOT in your genetics. The body responds to continual stress on a specific part by changing its form. Little changes can add up to amazing results. The body is the ONLY machine that improves the more it is used.

Every woman can have the body of their dreams. Bodynomics is: "real" fitness for "REAL" women!

I have a lower back injury (a herneated disc) so I really appreciate the tips you have for protecting the lower back! I am still tryin to loose my pregnancy weight and it has really been hard I have tried vegan diet and eat healthy but I needed advice on my workouts.
