A video chronicle of the projects completed by the interns of the BioEnergy Summer School at the University of Florida with Dr. Ann Wilkie. Projects in 2007 included developing an energy garden to grow oil crops, analyzing the waste produced by the "Krishna Lunch" on campus, composting plates from the Lunch, and anaerobically digesting the food scraps to produce biogas, a renewable methane source.
