Heard of SAS Sets? get 3-4 people, 1st person does 1 chinup followed by 2nd, 3rd and 4th person, when it gets to 1st person again, he does 2 chinups and so on until you all reach a set of 10 chinups...then go down 9-1 the same way. Sounds easy...you each end up doing 100 chinups...but that's not the end...now you each do normal/reverse and behind neck 'heaves' to failure. That will test anyone, have fun.
