Ok, I'm back. What I connect to in your singing, and I believe it is due to your background in Broadway musicals, is the expressiveness of your eyes combined with your vocals. You... well... I hesitate to say "seem" but you "seem" to feel what you are singing. I actually believe that you do indeed feel it, and so we all feel it with you. I believe you "are not that girl" (even thou you deserve to be!) and that you know "what it is to be a friend" and therefore you cause us all to look inward, to examine ourselves, and to strive to be who we should be as illustrated in the songs that you choose...
By your example, through the songs you choose to cover, we are given the path to being better people, thank you so very much!
