Between the new no-smoking rules and RPO, it's been really quiet on Lower Greenville the past few weeks. Don't take BD's opinion, just ask any bar owner on the street. Last night, BD almost folded his tent at 1am, thinking there would be few video opportunities by closing time. Good thing he decided to hang around.
