This channel has received the following copyright strike from YouTube on November 1st, 2011:
«Le Fossé», un film Chinois - ARTE France (2011), copyright claimed by WIL Productions Ltd, Mr WANG Bing (Réalisateur et producteur).
Just like the Iranian film "My Tehran For Sale", the film «Le Fossé» is funded from the outside of China and secrectly filmed inside China. Obviously the copyright holder doesn't like the hidden political agenda behind the funding to be exposed to the general public.

Both YouTube and its parent company Google are physically located in the U.S. and under the jurisdiction of the U.S. and U.S. legislation. The Free Speech of each YouTube user, no matter which country he or she is residing in, is protected under both the U.S. Constitution and YouTube's terms of use. YouTube provides a platform for such a purpose. Unpopular political points of view certainly may invoke animosity from many users as YouTube has expected ("You may not like everything you see. Some of the content here may offend you ...").
Anyone who receives antagonistic reports and is subsequently suspended by YouTube just because he exercises his right to legitimate free speech under both YouTube's terms and the U.S. constitution, is entitled, under the Due Process clause of the U.S. Constitution, to an explanation from YouTube.
YouTube Community Guideline:
"We encourage free speech and defend everyone's right to express unpopular points of view. But we don't permit hate speech which contains slurs or the malicious use of stereotypes intended to attack or demean a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or nationality."

Persian new year Nowrouz /norooz is on march 21 spring equinox .
