Each year on www.akross.ru new topic pops which says "Akross Con 20--" on it! it says that you have 1 month to settle down the stuff you're going to use in your AMV(animes, songs, footages). you are given one month just for that and then if you'll make up your mind on what ur going to use, you'll fill the form given and after that you're given another 1 month to enter your video. after your video is entered and Akross Con is closed judges need about 2 weeks to calculate their and people's winners.

Akross Con opens at the end of the autumn(November).

PRINCIPAL REGULATIONS

1. Any AMV creator can participate in the contest regardless of their level or experience.

2. Each creator may enter one video for the contest.

3. Only videos never displayed online heretofore may enter. Video must be premiered at the contest and cannot participate in any other online AMV contest until the end of AKROSS Con 2009 (December, 15).

4. Contest video can be only made of Japanese videogames or Japanese anime series (japanimation). Anime-styled animated features (such as Korean "Wonderful Days") and Japanese CG-movies (such as "Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children") are also accepted.

5. There are almost no restrictions on music other than you cannot use tracks from the same game/anime you are using as your video source, or tracks that contain Russian swear words.

6. Video footage should not include strong sexual content (mild ero is acceptable) or excessive violence.

1 - Do not ask me are these videos mine or not since I CLEARLY describe author's names in the description bars.

2 - Do not ask me what animes or what songs were used in the videos! (since each video's ending titles give you more than enough information about them and if its not so I write all the information which were giving on the original sources of the video.)
