@TundraWalk3r and SpeakerFreak95 to be safe, I'd throw a 0.75A Fast acting fuse on the leg of the power line coming from the rectifier, if the electrolytic goes, it should interrupt fast enough to save the rectifier and the output from 120VAC. Cheap insurance!

Only two brief views of the Chromacolor II, perhaps Zenith's only major misfire (and due to an unmentioned capacitor manufacturer, and too much dependency on that one component). I believe it set them well on the path to their takeover by LG. Cheap overseas labor didn't help, either.
