National Start! Walking Day April 8, a national call-to-action day encouraging all Americans to walk.
Start! Walking Program a free, turn-key program to help you set up a workplace walking program or challenge. The program includes an online tracking tool for miles walked.
Start! Fit-Friendly Companies national recognition from the American Heart Association for companies promoting a culture of wellness.
