My name is Jes and I am simply a spiritualist. Because my views do not coincide with those from dogmatic religion, some would consider me pagan though I do not accept the term for myself. To me, labels are a box, and I stay as far away from spiritual and social boxes as possible no matter how enticing the wrapping paper may seem.

My spirituality is founded upon logic and reason, and the house for my spirituality is constructed from the wisdom "I" gain through the use of my foundation. I do not build my spirituality by borrowing from others as many do, because I want my spirituality to belong to me. Everything I believe, I understand why I believe it based on my own experience and not the experience of others. To explain my reasons I never have to recall a certain book, quote, or conversation.

I respect teachers on youtube, but wish that people would actually start teaching from experience rather than relaying the information of others. Thats usually all I see on youtube. Someone reads something from a book, and they try to teach it to others, usually before the teacher fully understands it themselves, and almost ALWAYS without any personal wisdom regarding it.
