I have a PAL-to-NTSC commercial import VHS that's uncensored, however, the picture quality is much less than that of the Tales/Vault DVD. Somewhat washed-out.

About lifting from Scriabin - Roslavets loved his music, and this may be correct but since alot of the "surviving" pieces of Roslavets have been completed by others from sketches he left, this may not have been the composer's doing? I don't know.
