"I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians, they are so unlike your Christ" ~Gandhi

"I think 5thWatcher is a pretty cool guy, eh understands how to discuss things reasonably and doesn't afraid of anything." (sic)
~RabidApe

"[I] have to say you are really a smart christian. Your arguments are actually based off fact and not faith. ... I wish more people in general knew how to use their brain as you just demonstrated. You give me faith for christians = )"
~ adkinshome

"You're completely adorable, amusing, yet thorough and explain things clearly for the average viewer. With your videos, you have expressed that one can be very intelligent, logical, well-mannered, and well spoken, while still being a Christian."

About Me:

What I do is not a ministry. I make philo-religious arguments and I don't like to try to convince people that one religion is the correct one. My goal is to just give people the intellectual tools to logically justify their belief in God. Maybe it's apologetics in a way, but it's certainly not a ministry.
Often, I achieve this goal hilariously. But even if I am being 100% sarcastic, there are going to be underlying points to my message I believe to be true.

I am an atheist, and I have just watched a couple of your videos. While your arguments do not change my mind. I am glad that there are Christians out there as smart as you
Ilikenuman (1 week ago)
let me rephrase that. If all christians WERE like you, there wouldnt be any need for angry atheists to make angry videos.

Never got any kind of response. Sometimes it's better for ones ego to ignore that kind of thing and let it get lost in the recesses of the mind, fading with time. But as long as 10,000 other people know, it's all good. :-P

Also (not to clog your comments board :P), does no one seem to think the inscription "Yehuda bar Yeshua", possibly Aramaic for "Judah son of Jesus" DECREASES the likelihood of the Talpiot tomb belonging to the Jesus character from scripture? The Bible never mentions Jesus having children or even getting married, so wouldn't this be a tally against him? Notice they do not include this in their statistical analysis for DECREASING their odds - yet another reason I don't like their numbers.
HHthinktank (3 weeks ago)
even the archaeologist who ran the excavation of the tomb at Talpiot, Amos Kloner, doesn't accept that the destitute family from Nazareth could even afford a tomb in Jerusalem. there are thousands of tombs that have been unearthed within Jerusalem - the only reason the Talpiot tomb receives this extra recognition is due to the 6 names that have been speculated (note, not verbatim) to be names from the Biblical narrative. is there a chance it could be Jesus and family? sure. but i think it's a bit short sighted to rule out doubt, because the criticisms are quite withstanding.
HHthinktank (3 weeks ago)
the statistical analysis based upon the findings at the Talpiot tomb was largely based on many assumptions made by the film crew. there's still a good chance that the tomb COULD belong to the Biblical family, but I encourage you to look up the criticisms of the documentary.
