3RUN Action Team is made up the most experienced practitioners and teachers of the Freerunning and Parkour disciplines worldwide.
The team consists of members who have played integral parts in the development of the arts of movement in the UK and Worldwide.
With involvement and appearences including the documentary Jump Britain, Hollywood Movie James Bond Casino Royale and major advertising campaigns for international companies such as Coca Cola, Nestle and Microsoft.

3RUN has taken my computer by storm, and has quickly become one of the most viewed pages on my computer. You are all great people with great advice and a steady grip on life. I love your work, and admire your effort to bring free running to us dreamers.
