Aaron Jasper shares one of the best kept secrets in fly fishing... FISH WHERE EVERYBODY ELSE ISN'T FISHING! The best quality fish are often found where the water buffalo aren't wading and where the stocking trucks don't unload 100 LBS of competitors for food. Check it out.

Sunday on the Savage troutpred... - 2,196 views - 3 months ago
Aaron Jasper and Justin take a Sunday to fish this hidden gem in the mountains of Western Maryland. Chock full of wild brown trout this stream is almost devoid of pressure. Its a great way to get away from the city and enjoy nature in peace. Thanks to Mike at Savage River Outfitters for the river info, and CJ Vinson for the awesome tunes.

This staple in Aaron's box is almost as good as dynamite. For a while it was a secret, but Aaron recently received permission to share it with all of you. A pattern of innovative CT fly fisherman Tony Scuderi, this pattern should be called "the destroyer".

Maybe we can do that in the Spring? Do you fish there often? I used to go there a ton. They have lots of nice wild browns in there. Maybe when the hendricksons hatch we will be there to tape the hatch and rising fish!
I just know its a smaller watershed and I only like to video on rivers that can stand pressure.
