The Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) conducted its OGC Web Service 6 (OWS-6) event in late 2008 to early 2009. Sponsored by the FAA, NOAA, EUROCONTROL and others, this event included a testbed to emerging AIM technologies. The Carbon Project extended CarbonTools PRO to support spatiotemporal data formats such as AIXM and WXXM, as well as using enhanced WFS (with Filter Encoding 2.0) and an Event Service (using events push). The demo client uses .NET 3/5 WPF and WCF technologies. (less info)
