dude you rock. and i plan to come to you with a lot of strongman questions so i hope you don't mind. i have been strongman training since i was 9 and i'm 19 now. but i'm still to weak in 10 years of hard training all i can show for it is (squatting 260 ) (benching 260) and (deadlifting 320) why am i not stronger can you help me?

great vids man some real good advice here especially about the anabolic hormone release with big exercises and big eating not enough people know about it and how it really helps to have squats and deadlifts in all their variations in any strength program thanx

hey man nice videos... im using whey protien but on the directions it says to mix with water and i have been wondering if i should make it into a shake with an egg bannana and milk and ice...please let me know what you think thanks

im a sophmore high school football player and have been checking out a lot of your videos. im trying to gain some more weight by next season. so thanks for all the great info, very helpful. im on this ten week weight training program at the moment that my coach has us on, it seems to be working. ive gained 15 lbs so far, lookin to gain at least 20 more by next season, trying to get to at least 175 and ur vids jack me up to keep going, so thanks a lot
