It's the toughest Boot Camp you'll ever love!!!™

Since 1998, SGT Ken of START Fitness has led 5000+ civilians through military inspired fitness Boot Camp. "The fact is, discipline works. People pushed to the point of sweat-streaked exhaustion under the command of a hard-nosed commander get real, visible results" raves the SF Downtown Magazine.
The START Fitness program provides a real life answer to the bottom line question, "How do I get and then stay in shape?"

Thank you so much for all your videos. I have been trying to improve my sit ups and push ups for months with almost no results. Turns out I was doing everything wrong somehow, even though I had people 'teach' me before. Three minutes of your time in a video is priceless to me.
