Students for Sensible Drug Policy is an international grassroots network of students who are concerned about the impact drug abuse has on our communities, but who also know that the War on Drugs is failing our generation and our society. SSDP mobilizes and empowers young people to participate in the political process, pushing for sensible policies to achieve a safer and more just future, while fighting back against counterproductive Drug War policies, particularly those that directly harm students and youth.

Good channel. The war on drugs undermines the constitution and rights of the people. Criminals would not have drugs to strive off and gun violence would go down.

Gun control? End the war on drugs and we will stop seeing that much gun violence.

yeah maybe it would work. but what type of country would we be if we let families fall apart because of items we sell to them in vending machines? addiction in a quick grab crack snack? come on people. what we should do is secure our borders, deport our illegals, and then go from there.

Legalize freedom. What sense does the government's use of imprisonment on individuals who've done no demonstrable harm to anyone else.

Marijuana Laws Destroy Lives!
I don't drink. I chose only to smoke and for having 7 grams of marijuana that I had recently purchased. I lost my license and my job since I could not drive. All they accomplished is creating another activist with a lot of free time on their hands. :p

SSDP is One of the only american groups that are complete on point! I have never seen a group come together and reasonably discuss/debate these VERY important topics. To continue to base laws on morals will never work. With change happening so rapidly, it is people and groups like SSDP who are doing the right thing. It is better to stand up and fight for change, then to be slowly arrested one by one for a victimless crime!

PLEASE dont ever give up SSDP! You do make a difference, And WE will win the fight!
