Shiki Theatre Company Introduction
July 2005 marked the 52th anniversary of Shiki Theatre Company. Now, with 8 home theatres throughout Japan, we have over 3,000 performances per year, i.e. an average of 8 performances per day. Actually, it is often the case that 12 productions are running simultaneously in the country. The number of performances is not only incomparable in Japan but also prominent in the world.

The Shicki version of Lion King is totally natural than any other language versions. Any clear explanation from japanese viewers? Check yourselves from other language version on youtube many different nationals are admitting that japanese version is a lot better.
