Shari Harley is the Queen of Candor. She leads The Harley Group International, a Denver-based training and development firm helping others make potentially difficult conversations easy. She has designed talent management, succession planning and training and development programs for large and small organizations in the education, government, financial services, manufacturing, technology, hospitality, and healthcare industries all over the world.

Shari has a Master's Degree in Communication and serves as a faculty member at the University of Denver. She is the author of the forthcoming books How to Say Anything to Anyone and The Ten Things You'll Do to Screw Up Your Career That No One Else Will Tell You.
