So with the past year I've been in college I've completely changed the way I do everything. I've been going to the gym, working out religiously, but yet have seen no results. Of course people have told me "oh yeah, you've definitely lost weight" or something along those lines but everytime I step on the scale it reads the same number...315.ugh. That number has only fluctuated by about 3 pounds at the most and the next day it is right back at an equilibrium. I was thinking it is a thyroid problem, but the only symptom I have is the weight loss deal..or lack thereof.
Any advice??
