No I have not. I sent another email last week, I think I have no choice but to dispute it on my credit card :( I just wish that the gurus would say 'hey I got this for free' not 'oh shipping was great and hassle free.' I guess I'll make a video about it once my allergies quit giving me water eyes.

Have you ordered from beautychoice.com? They're all over youtube with great reviews but I'm having the worst time with them! Bad customer service, month long processing time (wtf) and I still don't have my stuff. I just wanted to know your opinion of the site if you have ordered from them, maybe its just me lol.
