This channel is devoted to videos recorded first as I learned to fly and now on my flights as a private pilot. I was in training for just under 2 years, but only started to videotape the process for the final six months. I got my private pilot's license in July of 2009 and will continue to videotape my aviation experiences.

Hey! I did fly yesterday. It was a bueatiful morning for flying. I went out to the practice area for about 15 - 20 minutes and then back to the airport to do a bunch of touch-n-goes. Im getting better at landing but still got some work ahead. All is looking good for me to solo on my 16th birthday and I finally broke 10 hrs of flight time!

Im planning to. Just got off the phone with my FBO and it looks like 16kts out of WSW for tomorrow morning. He said anything below 20 is a go. I took the 8 am. WIcked windy today! Its gusting at 37mph here in Hanover. Pretty wild weather and hoping tomorrow is still going to be a go.

Just happened to be online when I got your post. Yeah it's starting to look more and more questionable for this weekend weather wise. Im actually already committed to working on Sunday for a bit so I am also calling this one a no-go. Im gonna try for Saturday the following weekend. Most likely around 10 to about 2. In that time frame. How was the UCAP meet-up? I forgot to ask.

Hey Rick, Im looking to maybe fly next weekend. I don't have that nailed down for sure but sure wishing to. It will most likely be either early morning (8ish) or noon on Saturday. I let you know. Yeah it is better listening to UCAP and sitting on the couch wishing you were flying than getting up there and wishing you stayed in. I'll be in touch - Andrew

Nice to hear that you are flying again. I getting the bug a little not flying since early october. I should take flight soon. About 2 or 3 weeks because I have some crazy week schedules coming up. Can't wait to see your videos from your trip and your Curris skills are looking sharp. --Andrew

Good to hear that you'll be taking to the skies soon. I as of right now am looking to fly mid to later november. Very expensive as im sure you know. I want to fly once every month during this long cold winter so that I can stay current enough to solo. My trustly Flight Simulator is what keeps my head in the game! Tell me how your flight is tomorrow. Where are you flying? Have a good flight and make sure to use the pitot heat! - Andrew Blanchard
