Linux wireless support series - Baked: May 20 2010

Introduction to the Linux 802.11 kernel subsystem, the development process and review of how to debug drivers and issues. You should have these open: http://wireless.kernel.org/en/developers/Documentation http://wireless.kernel.org/en/developers/process http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Documentation The collection of videos on these series have been split into as small as possible atomic logical units so that we can either replace / upgrade / fix them as needed. A new playlist can then be baked later if we want to make any modifications to the videos. If you have any content you wish to contribute please send it to mcgrof@gmail.com and I will add it to my page so we can extend the series through a new baked revised playlist. A Q&A Session will be hosted on Wednesday May 25, 2011 at 8am PST. You can ask questions on our IRC server: Please join us on IRC: IRC server: irc.freenode.net IRC Channel: #linux-wireless The Q&A Session will also take place over a phone call but only Atheros Engineers will be attending that session ;) The breakdown of the series covers: 1) Review of the 802.11 subsystem 2) Development process review 3) Daily snapshots / stable release of compat-wireless 4) Debugging 802.11 drivers 5) 802.11s review
