Life is about effort and persistent struggle. If I am asked to define my personal life, I am not hesitate to concur that "life and death are two inseparable thing, but we are subjected to separate solely 'goodness' we have cultivated during living". Lord Buddha emphasized that "our body will be certainly perished, human being will be left only virtue". To accomplish this absolute goal (virtue), mindfulness and effort are the best tool. Buddha reaffirmed "effort brings us achievement".
