The Hot Chef Grilling Challenge for NRA Show 2009 challenged contestants to grill it, smoke it, sear it, scorch it or whatever they do to prepare culinary masterpieces with a barbeque theme.
Chefs and cooks alike submitted an original video showing preparation of a grilling recipe, including at least one item from the National Restaurant Association's "What's Hot in 2009" chef survey, which can be found at http://www.restaurant.org/show
