I grew up in Long Beach California. After graduation from college, I decided to start a career in computers. I have been a software developer for over 20 years now.

After about 10 years of experiencing some success, my career started to take a change for the worse.

Once I learned this, I have begun to rethink my mission. I realize that my customers want to know, what is "in it" for them.

Since changing my focus, my mission, I have begun to see positive changes in my business. This is because one's dreams are automatically accomplished when your mission is about helping others. It is all about increasing your value in society.

Your prospects are going to want to know "what's in it for me?" The better you can tell them, the happier and more loyal your customers will be.
