Tap Tapley was a NOLS instructor who started the NOLS Baja Course. I have been working on a film about him for the past two years. My husband was on the 1st and 2nd NOLS courses with Paul and Tap before he was sent to active duty in Viet Nam. The film is a journey about human nature and how children today who spend more time in the virtual world will be left to untangle the net results of an ever growing population and global warming.
