Things are going fantastic. I've been using the bands religiously and boy do they give you a work out! I found that holding out a side kick is getting easier and I also used them to help me get over a hamstring injury. I found they target specific muscle groups and therefore speed things up. I'm going for a grading on the 23rd of May and this one is huge,

Hey MS, the lineman videos are very helpful...im working with the OL and DL this year at the 10 and 11year age level. The only thing that Im still a little foggy about is teaching OL splits, so if you have any info for me that would be very helpful. Thanks

Hey I`m a Pt who is recovering from hip resurfacing surgery....I`m 8wks healed and am now starting rehab...gotta lotta core and hip strength to replace expecially since they dislocated my hip to do the op...my past is dance hence my problem..now its Hapkido have had a year off due to the problem pre-op and I`m chomping at the bit to get back, obviously its small steps....but based in London Where can I get the bands please!!!!

Hello from Down Under Coach! It's Helen. I've been using my bands every day since they arrived and have noticed huge improvements in not only strength but also in stamina and flexibility. The workouts are so intense and so specific that during the last power breaking class my class was blown away! If you take your sport serious and want to see genuine results, then use these bands religiously. Definetly a winner for me. Thanx coach for all your support too! I will be updating you soon!

Hello, I was wondering may i ask an cheerleading question please? How would I be able to improve my balance, I'm normally fine going straight into prep or exstention, however stepping from prep to exstention on one legged i tend to struggle, how can I improve that? plus i have weak knees.
