Driving down Memorial Blvd and the first part of Hwy 43 South in Picayune. The Memorial Blvd traffic signals were still on, but all the Hwy 43 signals were dark. Traffic was very light due to the wind and rain and all the stores being closed. Background sound is WWL radio. Taken around 2:20pm CDT on 9/1/08. (less info)
