To all youtube viewers who like to say the dumbest shit like - "The Necro is Fake" or "Lovecraft made it up" - do you really think this makes you intelligent to trickle some crap that you heard one-hundred times yourself... hm... the following is from the introduction to NECRONOMICON edited by Joshua Free for the Mardukite Chamberlains a non-Lovecraftian non-Simonian NECRONOMICON !!! so THERE mofos!!!! BOO-YAH!!! " One of the most disappointing comments I usually am confronted with is: The Necronomicon is fake. I often wonder what legitimate background one has in making this assumption, and if they are referring to it by a Lovecraftian or Simonian benchmark. The present text is really neither of these and the task was especially undertaken without the pretense of revamping a Lovecraftian grimoire. The other road block comment I too often get is: The Necronomicon is dangerous and what is even more ridiculous to me is that it often follows with the previous comment. If there is nothing valid to it, how can it be dangerous? ...except in our case, we found that it actually uncovers a very dark truth about not only our world but how humanity came into existence. What's more is that this truth, when compared to the traditions that came to follow, is the most perfect, complete and logical example we have to follow. And perhaps the most interesting direction we were led down was when we arrived at the conclusion that most of the negative criticism on the mythos presented in the Simonian Necronomicon was on the basis of it being a Sumerian-based text, when we found it to be Babylonian instead!" Just as we refer to book one as the scriptures, the second half of the same lore became known as liturgy and so we went back and forth as to what to present as scripture or lore and what to be presented as liturgy or practical rituals and re-enactments. Needless to say the two became jumbled together in a way that would resemble Simon's own edition of whatever he was using as a source. But then space became a factor. We already had to condense and edit the presentation of the work we originally intended in order to fill the needs of a first edition budget and the remainder of the articles and appendices were reserved for the second edition. "

After spending many years involved with the underground occult and ceremonial magick, I decided to take on a more active role with the release of publications that were known to surpass the contemporary New Age that many folk were getting stuck in. The culmination of the early success of the Merlyn Stone chronicles from the 1990's were eventually released more widely as Merlyn's Magick by Joshua Free in 2005, and several years later, ARCANUM, which remains the single most complete and powerful source of New Age materials, was released from the underground with the launch of Mardukite Ministries, Summer Solstice 2008. With the Egypto-Babylonian emphasis carried by the Mardukite Chamberlains and the three-pages of harsh criticism given in The Necronomicon Files of Daniel Harms and John Gonce, it became evident that this was a direction we needed to pursue, resulting in our own non-Simonian non-Lovecraftian renewed examination of the lore behind the Necronomicon, a word that has come to mean nothing really, as it is thrown around and argued about more than it is evaluated in self-honesty beyond the veils and shrouds of thousands of years of misinformation among the population. A year was then spent editing the knowledge and lore and mysticism of this most ancient current in order to have the first printing (Lapis Edition) of the Necronomicon edited by Joshua Free, available for the Summer Solstice of 2009. Given the budget limitations of the ministry and the space restrictions in desktop publishing it became clear that we were going to have to break up the materials into some kind of coherent volumes, though the consistency would be obvious immediately by a reader who could see they all came from a single source, building on one another. For this reason a companion piece was immediately prepared to compliment our presentation of the Necronomicon since many books and articles had to be removed, a few of which will appear in the second edition, it seemed clear that serious practitioners would need the rest as soon as possible to form a good solid understanding and practical system for themselves. So, I bring you Necronomicon Liturgy & Lore, the second part of our Necro-nomicon sourcebook from the Mardukite Ministries. As has been known to the Mardukites and the online followers of our work, the primary lore appears in book one, the remaining lore and liturgy in book two, the final piece of the trilogy will cover the magick, and it will be along shortly.
