yeah maybe being a call center agent might not be apt for you especially if there are lots of assholes like raul. Try look for a better job.. there are lots of 'em better than being a call center agent.

Day, narinig ko lahat ang napag usapan nyo, ang masasabi ko lang ay. hindi ka nababagay sa ganyang trabaho.. hindi mo alam ang takbo ng isip ng taong kausap mo. mahina ka. at hindi strikto. one simple word can stop complaining.. talk to my lawyer... your only a caller agent.. sorry day., naaawa ako sayo.. dahil pinag mumura ka..

THE AGENT IS DEFINETELY POLITE, THE CALLER ALONG THE CALL BECAME SO IMPATIENT, DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION. HE SWORE(GENERAL) & THE AGENT SWORE BACK AT HIM. OH WELL, YOU DONT KNOW HOW STRESSFUL IT IS TO BECOME A CALL CENTER AGENT. I FELT SORRY FOR THE AGENT
