I would say that if you want to argue against the scientific consensus on climate change you will need to provide proof for why human induced climate change is incorrect.

You haven't provided any proof. I am accepting the findings of the IPCC, NASA, NIWA and many other scientific organisations, some of which are of course government funded but that's not surprising.

It seems this has become the catch phrase for all control freaks who have no sense of the democratic process, not to mention having no idea what the word 'politics' means. Do you have any concept of CO2 and atmospheric physics? Can you tell me what the predominant so-called 'greenhouse' gas is, while you self-righteously proclaim CO2 a pollutant that must be reduced at whatever cost? Have you studied the Vostok ice-core samples? You have no science to prove man-made global warming. Where is it? Locked up in UN vaults perhaps? You dont need the UN to tell you what is junk science and what is not. The UN is a political body, not a scientific one. Its obvious youve invested so much of your reputation on this cult of pseudo-science. Im sure you have good intentions, but dont just brush off all the evidence because its more exciting for you to parrot the evils of carbon dioxide, while demonstrating absolutely no knowledge on the subject.

Where are your references by the way? Is the UN all you have? You have told me that a 2 year cooling trend does not prove a cooling trend. So what, are you implying that it proves man-made global warming? So, as you say, el nino is to blame for the computer models not predicting the cooling trend. I see. So because the UN states something, it's fact? The trend over 100 years which you so adamantly cling to in your arguments is also meaningless. The IPCC/UN reports are based on computer models, can't you understand that? Have you read the reports? Have you actually studied the computer model schemas and input sequences? You wouldnt trust a 60 day weather forecast based on our computer models, why would you beg to be taxed for a non-existent problem which is forecast by the same models 60+ years into the future? I can change an input parameter on a computer climate model by a factor of 0.01% and the outcome will be completely different by orders of magnitude.

If we weren't wasting money on a referendum to make it legal to hit our kids and if the government would actually listen to public opinion when it does public consultation it'd be nice.
