Videos taken in Northern Germany and elsewhere. More videos, and videos with various parts, can be seen by selecting the page with ''all videos'', on this channel. To play all videos covering a certain theme, such as AIRPORT DAYS, please select our PLAYLISTS. Photos can be found via the website in the Hamburg Gallery. Copyright is always respected, as is decency. If for any reason we may have missed something, please let us know. We currently use music which is not copyrighted and as such it is not top 40, or the best dance single ever made, so please save any comments. Most people who have commented liked the music. We are currently working on our own music, but it may take a few months yet. We would very much welcome offers of copyright -free music, such as soul, lounge, house, disco, easy listening, dance etc. If we use the music, you will also be mentioned on our websites. Payment is not possible. Not hip-hop, grunge, metal, rock or pop etc. Channel language: English or German.

It appears as if I may have found out how to log into this account, after problems with YouTube/Google's single-sign-on. I entered a very old password and here I am! Firstly, I would like to thank ''mrdwy'' and ''VisitBritainTV'' for the nice comments. A rare event could take place here in Hamburg and this is currently being covered on the website (Jan/Feb 2010). The large city centre lake has frozen over and has to reach an official thickness of 20cm for the go-ahead to be given for a large weekend event. It nearly happened on 30th/31st Jan, but we are now hoping for 6th/7th Feb. Up to a million people could take part, so safety is of the utmost importance. Hamburg is holding its breath and TV, radio and we will be reporting when or if the event will take place. The last time was in 1997 and the temp was minus 18°C. Photos from 1997 are on the website. Three videos from 2010 are in the Facebook group via the website and when uploaded, here too.

Sadly the design has been changed by YouTube, but some of the options are better. Things have been quiet here on this channel, although I have enough material to create no end of new videos. At the moment I have no time to edit or take any new videos. I added a new playlist today, which features disco, jazz-funk, funk and soul classics. I hope you enjoy the music as much as I do. It certainly reminds me of good times as a DJ back then! TTFN

It's been a while since the last video was posted and it is nice to see that we are on the way to 100000 video views. I am currently working on a few new videos, which should be online soon, one of which will be added to the Hamburg Parks series. The new videos include the Dahlia Gardens in Hamburg and the Tulip Gardens in Holland - Keukenhof near Lisse. The latter being a visit over two days and will more than likely be in circa 5 parts. It might be interesting to a few people, that I tried recently to upload a compressed video and found that the quality was terrible. The videos around 1GB in size appear to be good quality, but take all night (circa 9 hours) to upload using broadband and the extra software supplied via Google!
I hope to see you here again soon.

May 2008 Comment. First of all I would like say thanks to those of you who have sent your comments. I would also like to ask the very few who were stupid enough to make negative comments on the music we occasionally use to think before clicking. Hello, copyrighted music is not allowed! Many have commented on how good the music is. To those who complained, please send us the money to pay for using copyrighted music and a fee for reworking the videos, via PayPal. We would be pleased to use your music for free if it is not rock, grunge, pop, metal, techno, odd or wierd. Dance, Disco, Reggae, Soul etc is fine. We have recently upgraded our computer systems to the highest home level possible and hope to start producing our own music by the latest, mid-2009. We will continue to monitor comments, before they are published, as the sanity of the very few, may annoy and insult the many good YouTubers. Please come back soon!

We are well on our way to 60 000 video views in total. We hope to have a number of videos ready this year, which could interest a number of you. New video conversion hardware and software could help to grab a few gems from the somewhat older video camera in the hear future. We'll keep an eye out for interesting events as well. You are welcome to come back soon! Thanks!
