ANYTHING that is TRACKED and ARMORED is a TANK. Tanks can be light, medium or heavy in weight. The Germans call all their armored, tracked tanks, "Panzers". Since they co-invented tank warfare with the British THEIR DEFINITION IS WHAT COUNTS not narrow-minded, incompetent American whoppertanktards who want only turreted heavy tracks to be known as tanks; a light M113 Gavin in German Combat Engineer use is called a "Minenwerferpanzer64"

America's Army needs to stop wasting moneies on obsolete wheeled Humvee/Stryker/MRAP/JTVL trucks or lusting for medium-weight FCS tanks that are too heavy for closed terrain and too light for open terrain fights and to spend money wisely on upgrading what it has with V-hull shaping to deflect land mine blasts, bands tracks, hybrid-electric drives for stealth etc. and some small prudent purchases of what it lacks optimized in two terrain/mission type areas for decisive 3D and 2D maneuvers.................
