About Dillon International and Buckner Adoption & Maternity Services

Since 1972 Dillon International has been one of the oldest licensed, not for profit child placement agencies specializing exclusively in international adoption. In 2009 Dillon and Buckner International affiliated together in order to expand both organizations' opportunities to serve vulnerable children and families worldwide.

We currently have adoption programs from China, Ghana, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, and South Korea. In addition, families may choose to adopt from Ethiopia, Honduras, or Russia through Buckner Adoption and Maternity Services, which is an affiliate of Dillon International.
