go figure the oil conglomerates are making money hand over foot, yet they are too greedy to fix the mess they created. If they dont fix it, do like chavez did, take it over annex it, it's your land ,and oil. They make rip the riches out the ground, so they should fix the mess. the oil corps should not be given NO SLACK. Their greed is what cause the problem!
