Little homestead by the beach

I live on the East Coast of Quebec Canada on about 1.5 acres (0.6 ha) . I produce most of the food for our couple in a very short growing season. I am in zone 3b and can only grow a garden between June and October. My food forest and gardens have been growing since 2015, which is the year we moved here. I sow, plant, harvest and preserve all that I can. Come discover my passion for gardening in a cold climate, while catching the views of the St. Lawrence Estuary, which is my direct neighbour.

Je vis à l'Est du Quebec Canada sur un terrain d'environ 1,5 acres (0,6 ha). Je produis la presque totalité de la nourriture pour notre couple. Je suis en zone 3b et jardine entre juin et octobre. Les jardins et la forêt nourricière s'établissent depuis 2015, année de notre déménagement ici. Je sème, plante, cueille et préserve tout ce que je peux.
