Welcome!!!  I'm Brian Alston - The Self-Worth Coach.

This channel is an extension of both my work and my life.  It's here I want to document my journey to living my best life. I also hope to share my tools & experiences to help others grow.  Since a very young age I've felt a strong desire to help people.  This life-long calling influenced me greatly in becoming the man I am today and the man want to be.  

One of the things I am most proud of was becoming a certified life coach. What does that mean? Well, in simplest terms it means that I help people as a trained professional.  Most importantly, I help people find their smile again. :)

Now I don't just give them answers to their problems and I don't tell them what to do. What I do is partner with people that want help in all kinds of areas. I support them and provide insight, tools, and knowledge to help them discover their own truths, leading them to long lasting success & happiness.
