Indoor and Outdoor Endurance

In other words, my food is all plant products, and only that. I have been a complete vegetarian for more than 34 years continuously (since early August of 1989). Degrees:  A.A. in General Education from Kaskaskia College (December, 1983), A.S. focused on Mathematics and Physics from Southwestern Illinois College (August, 1996), B.A. in English with a minor in Professional Writing from Eastern Illinois University (August, 1990), B.S. in Political Science with minors in Mathematics and Applied Communication Studies from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (August, 2017), and an M.A. in Applied Communication Studies, Interpersonal Communication from SIUE (May, 2021). Graduate Certificate:  A Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Integrative Studies in Public Relations and Political Science (May, 2023).
