Hi Mr. Shusterman. Here's the scenario. Someone arrives from Mexico to USA on tourist visa and overstays the i-94 time allotted, and SENDS BACK their i-94 and their passport to get it stamped (to make it look like he really left USA "on time"), but he never physically left the USA. Now he wants a replacement i-94 (by form i-102). Will the replacement i-94 show that he was stamped as "departed" from USA? Or will it just show the date of entry information? He married USC and wants to adjust.

Please see if you can put up the extremely useful video from your site, (you can split it into parts!) regarding H1B & J waiver explanations, it was fantastic.
Or maybe you can put a small overview and then link the rest to your site main lecture video..in any case it was really useful to me as a physician thanks! |
