Best of luck to Jerry, Sue, David and the 12,000 other Yahoo!s that make the company better every day.

June 12th is fast approaching. If you are a Yahoo! Shareholder, you've likely already received your company proxy. If you support a "Plan B" for Yahoo! and simply are not willing to sign a blank check to the current board and management after the last 3 year's performance vis-a-vis Google, we recommend you vote "AGAINST" Terry Semel, Robert Kotick, Roy Bostock, Ron Burkle, Eric Hippeau, Arthur Kern, and Gary Wilson. If any receives less than a majority vote, they will need to immediately leave the board. It's time for a change. It's time for a "Plan B."

We've now finalized "Plan B" and submitted it to Yahoo! We now need your help pledging your YHOO shares in support of the plan. We'll be bringing it forward as business at the May annual meeting of shareholders. We also need your support in voting for me for the Yahoo! board of directors at that meeting and "withhold" for Semel, Burkle, Kotick, Wilson, Bostock, Kern, and Hippeau. Thanks, Eric
