Can you please take a minute and answer a question for me...For 3 years i was losing large amounts of blood, it finally landed me in the hospital where i recieved 2 units of blood. Since then my mind hasn't been the same, i use to love to read and write but now the words get mixed up in my head and my memory is horrible now. Even when I speak my words don't come out rite or I lose the words am thinking of using, my question to you is, can I ever get back to what I was before and WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP MY MIND! PLEASE HELP!

This book is so awesome. I've started working out and want to incorporate the things Dr. Medina says. Thank you for writing this book.
