Hey I didn't mean to criticize ur vid in a bad way, theres a lot of things u did great, but tellin you that is not gonna help, i thought it was good, i liked your flow, your spontaneous rhythm which is very useful in the ring and creative punching style workin the levels, when I shadow box im looking at every angle of my punching arsenal, to see what else I can throw after that and to improve the weight transfer, that's why Dan shot me from behind and the mirror to gett all angles shown. I like to be creative in the ring, i get in and out quick but at the same time I love stayin there duckin, weavin, and countering because it overwhelms my opponent. Thnx for commentin on my vid, and feel free to criticize my vids thats why they're there.
