You could design a system for cyclists that gives great force into the pedals so you could bypass laws in some countries(like Australia) concerning the limit of power output from electric bicycle motors(which here are limited to 200watts..I think) but your invention could offer much greater force into the pedals enabling high speeds even when carrying a load on the bicycle. Any bicycle motor that produces power over 200watts(? from memory) can cause the cyclist to be charged with riding a motorcycle without a license(?in Australia I think anyway). But this invention could provide a loophole to these laws, as how could law enforcement prove that you were using the exoskeleton(which may provide over 200watts) to propel you at the time they say you were breaking the speed limit(particularly with 21 speed bicycles), and not just wearing it to be used when you get off the bicycle? mwahahahahaha

When is this going to be available for public use and what would the cost be? This is a great invention.
