I had bariatric surgery on December 18th, 2008 after a year of worsening health conditions that had become life threatening.

It was a hard decision to make to have gastic bypass surgery but one that I am totally happy with today. It's been a year now and I have now lost 140 lbs. total and am looking forward to my plastic surgery consult in a couple weeks.
