These are the all summon materia animations in Final Fantasy VII. This particular version is emulated via ePSXe and Pete's sexy OpenGL plugin. This plugin renders the 3D polygon graphics to a specified resolution. That means the 3D will display very sharp instead of pixelated. It makes the game look so beautiful!
